Chinati Hot Springs

Chinati Hot Springs is thirty seven miles from Presidio Texas and many more miles from anywhere. 

There are several cabins and accommodations onsite with the thermal springs. 

The caretaker reported the springs being 104 degrees. By the time the water runs from its source to the thigh deep soaking pool, the water felt about a hundred degrees. Like warm bathwater we quickly become adapted to that then felt cool. Heat didn't radiate from our bodies after we got out.
